About the event
In this Advent Ignatian prayer session, we will explore Ignatian desire and the patience of God.
In Advent, we enter a time of waiting, of preparation for Jesus coming into our world and into our lives. We are invited to not just accept the status quo, but tune our hearts to Jesus' heart. We experience longing and holy desire. The recipe for our longing is the broken reality of this world, coupled with an experience of God's love and goodness. We also have experienced the beauty of God's patience with us, yet we long to see God's kingdom come quickly. Come and seek God individually and in community in this Advent prayer session. Join us for teaching, individual prayer, and sharing the graces in our time together.
Led by Dale Gish, Founder and Executive Director of The Ignatian Center.
