As a friend of Jesus I love being a part of the journey as others walk into belovedness, lay down un-necessary burdens, and experience the freedom that a growing attachment to Jesus invites.

After 15 years as missionaries in Bangkok, Thailand my wife Kashmira and I (along with our children) discerned an invitation from the Lord to come be His good friends in America. The Exercises are one of the tools Jesus used to prepare me for that discernment and my experiences with Jesus during the Exercises continue to abide with me to this day. Presently I love being a part of this "pilgrimage into the heart of God" that journeying through the Exercises together invites - it is a deep joy to see brothers and sisters grow in their awareness of God's presentness towards us throughout all of life's experiences.

I also find myself again and again delighted at how personal and relational an ever deepening journey of discernment can become!
