Kirsten offers an eight-week guided prayer group using Dale Gish's book "Beloved: A Journey of Prayer".
Participants pray on their own three to four times a week for 30-45 minutes, using materials provided and journalling their responses, and then gather with an on-line group
every two weeks to share their experiences.
One individual spiritual direction session is included at any point during the journey of prayer.

Training
Kirsten received training in the practice of spiritual direction with Soul Formation in 2015 and the Ignatian Exercises in 2017 (https://soulformation.org/), and has over 25 years experience working in Christian ministry. She currently serves with the Global Leadership Collective (https://thegc.org/ca/projects/global-leadership-collective).
