Going through the spiritual exercises was life changing for me. I gained a better understanding of how loved I was by God and how to be friends with Jesus. When I had the opportunity to be trained as an Ignatian Exercises director I knew it was a calling. Helping others go through the exercises and develop a sense of love by God has been rewarding and enjoyable. I have seen how committing to the spiritual exercises changes ones life.
