Friendship with Jesus is the greatest gift of my life, and walking alongside others in their spiritual journey is another of life’s great gifts, including practicing spiritual direction. Spiritual direction is a conversation between two folks, where we can seek the presence and work of God together. In direction, I seek to create a safe, sacred space to tell stories of God, His love, and life experiences. My hope is it is a space where you encounter compassion, slowing, openness, curiosity and hospitality for your soul.


I first received training in spiritual accompaniment at Benet Hill Benedictine Monastery in 2014. I was also greatly enriched in those years through the Renovare Institute through teachers such as Dallas Willard and Richard Foster. I’ve received training in soul care for folks living on the margins of society. And I received training in Ignatian Spirituality and giving the Spiritual Exercises from the Jesuit Institute of South Africa. Ignatian prayer forms and themes – such as friendship with Jesus, discernment, finding God in everything, and living into our beloved-ness – have become invaluable to me and many I accompany.

I live in Colorado Springs, a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, and creation beauty. I also enjoy sharing life with my husband Charlie and our adult kids and grandkids.
