Born and raised in Vancouver, most of my career has been in senior leadership in the corporate marketplace. During this time, I enjoyed mentoring individuals in various business roles and particularly those with a relationship with Jesus.
During a time of my own restlessness and work with a Spiritual Director, I moved into a role as Executive Director for a large church in Vancouver, and at that time received training as a Spiritual Director at SoulFormation. This also led to my participating in the Ignatian Prayer Exercises and have since received training to lead others through the Exercises. The Ignatian Prayer Exercises have now become a focal point in my own life and practice.
My desire is to help others grow deeper in their love for Jesus and increase awareness of the many graces that He gives us each and every day.
