Do you long for a more life-giving connection with God? If so, then I would love to spend time serving as your spiritual director. Through our monthly times of connection, my focus will be on helping you better discern the movement of God’s Spirit in your life. This, in turn, will deepen your trust in – and your love for – our Lord. Over time, you will find yourself better equipped to navigate the crossroads that you encounter in life…and you will find rest for your soul.

I would be honored to come alongside you and help you process whatever is stirring within as you. I draw from many resources, so from time-to-time I may offer ideas from the Enneagram, suggest various spiritual practices, or invite you to participate in sensory exercises.

I bring a broad perspective to the practice of spiritual direction, because – in addition to serving as a pastor – I’ve also been an educator and have worked in the marketplace. I’ve lived various places in the U.S. and traveled to a number of countries. These experiences have broadened my understanding of different kinds of people, different cultures, the challenges of different work environments, and the various ways God invites people into relationship.

I am the Executive Director of a non-profit ministry, The Unfolding Soul, offering spiritual direction, the Ignatian Exercises, ministry coaching, and speaking. I live with my pastor husband, Bruce, and enjoy time with my grown children and grandchildren. I love outdoor activities (particularly gardening, biking, and camping), creative endeavors, reading…and always a good cup of tea. I am available for in-person sessions at my historic farmhouse in Springfield, Oregon, or we can connect via Zoom or phone.
