God is love. We are loved. These truths are the gravity of creation and the epicenter of our life and transformation. We need to know them in our bones, again and again. These truths get drowned out by the noise in our culture and in our own heads. As a spiritual director, I want to point us back to this bedrock of good news and to the voice of God saying, “You are my beloved.”
It is a privilege to see and celebrate God’s grace in your life, to help you hear and attend to his voice, and to invite you to more deeply experience his love. It’s not about self-improvement; it’s about letting God grow his life in you and letting God’s love change you through and through.
I’m a teacher-scholar-house-painter-spiritual-director who is on the Way with Jesus. I have been graced with countless blessings and refined in deep sorrows. I’m glad to walk with fellow pilgrims on the Way, especially those who are asking hard questions or yearning for a deeper experience of God’s presence and love.
