Spiritual direction is my calling, my ministry. It is a privilege to serve the Body of Christ by engaging with individuals concerning their spiritual lives. Because of my own background of loss and grief I have continued training in skills and practices that equip me to minister to others who are grieving or processing the losses of their lives. I have designed and led retreats (Both group and individual retreats.), taught classes to other spiritual directors on loss and grief, done spiritual direction for retreats, as well as meeting with my directees on a monthly basis. In 2022 I had the opportunity to take the Ignatian Exercises for the first time. It was deeply impactful for me personally and grew a desire in me to be able to provide the Exercises to others. It has been a great blessing to lead two groups through the Exercises so far.
