We read depressing news: another pastor crashes and burns. After being removed, they either disappear or are back in ministry without any process of restoration. Join Dale Gish as he interviews Alex Van Riesen about his resignation, journey of healing, and the process of restoration to leadership.

About the event

In this free session, Alex Van Riesen, a former lead pastor, will join Dale Gish for a conversation about his journey of healing, restoration, and interaction with those whom he had harmed. It has been a long, challenging, but beautiful journey that included three times praying the Ignatian Exercises and an extensive process with his church and individuals he had hurt.

Alex Van Riesen is the former pastor of Palo Alto Vineyard in the San Francisco Bay Area, and currently serves with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Alex has three children with his wife, Susan, including their eldest, Joshua, who has special needs and for whom he is the primary parent.”

NOTE: This session will be recorded. If you register and are unable to attend, you will receive the recording so you can participate offline.
